Councillor Community Grants Scheme 2024-25

Recently, the Basingstoke Cavaliers successfully applied for a Councillor Community Grant from Cllr Andrea Bowes and the Basingstoke Council Grants team. This funding was instrumental in acquiring essential shirts, shorts, and Flagbelts for our training sessions, as well as for upcoming matches against other teams.

The application process was quite straightforward for us, as we are a community-focused team dedicated to promoting inclusivity and proudly represent a mixed-gender roster.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Councillor Bowes and the Grants team at Basingstoke Council. We look forward to inviting them to our inaugural game in 2025!
